Community Assessment

Head Start of Washington County conducts an in-depth community assessment every three years. The assessment is intended to identify strengths in the community, gaps in services, and opportunities to respond to the needs of low-income children and families.

How does HSWC work with the Community?

Partnerships exist between Head Start of Washington County and more than 70 community organizations that provide children with numerous resources through referrals as well as on-siteprograms and services. To learn more about these organizations visit our Community Resource Page.
